A Stationery Haul

After being good with my spending lately I admit to doing some spending today that I probably didn't need to do but I am justifying it on several levels...

The first is the fact that I got $26 worth of new pens for zero dollars from me by using a loyalty voucher and reward points that I had accumulated. Always satisfying!

The second reason is that the journals I bought are for my writing. I am trying to do this everyday and having nice journals to write in helps inspire me to do this so I am getting a huge benefit from having these. 

Lastly I couldn't resist the messages on the covers and the pretty colours of the journals which gives me so much pleasure. For a few dollars for each journal I think they are great value for money and if they have a pleasant aesthetic that makes them all that much better. Not bought from any fancy design store for an exorbitant price they still feel like they could easily sit in a more expensive stationery store. 

I think those points all justify my spending enough don't they?...
