Home Improvement on a Budget

With plans to move ahead on the renovations of our holiday home it is time to start the research into the options for the bathrooms. I want these to look stylish but aim to do it as cost effectively as possible so that the money we have saved for this can be stretched as far as possible.

I was at the hardware store today and spent some time browsing options (no money spent yet) and coming up with ideas that will look good and help solve some of the design problems we have with renovating an A-frame building. I quite liked this basin which seemed a reasonable price and will sit nicely on a cabinet custom made to fit the space we are wanting to put it in. Now just to think about how we can get a cabinet made for not much money!

Looking for good design shapes, even in the budget range, is the way to go here as we are planning to rent this place out as a short term holiday rental once it is all looking good. With strangers using it I don't want it to be too precious. I just want it to look good! Surely that's not too much to ask...
