Side Hustle Reprisal

With everything going on in our lives with my husband's health my little side hustle has taken a back seat. I keep thinking about getting to it but things always get in the way. The collecting of flowers and arranging of my items to photograph gives me so much pleasure. Managing to sell items I have found and treasured is an added bonus.

Today, amongst all of the busyness getting everything ready to head north for mu husband's next lot of treatment I managed to find some time to get creative and so some more photos for another set of items to sell. It was this lovely window of creativity in the middle of my rushing. Just taking the time to walk around my garden to select plants and flowers to use was a lovely space in my day that calmed my mind. I then enjoyed making these thrift shop items, that are often discarded as old and ugly, beautiful once again. I want people to see the design and craftsmanship and appreciate the era these things came from.
I am looking forward to having some time while we are away to collate these images, edit them and get them posted and see if I can get some sold. I need to make room for the next wave of finds I might make visiting thrift shops while we are away. I also want to increase my fund that I am saving to make a purchase that is forming a part of a future dream - more on that later...
