Bonue Free Samples

I had to go shopping today as I needed several things so my eldest daughter, my husband and I headed into the city to do some needed purchasing. 

My best and largest item bought today was a leaf rake for $3.99. It is for our holiday house and I know I will get my money's worth out of this!

I bought two feather cushion inners to go in the Ikea cushion covers I bought for not much while on holiday in Melbourne 4 years ago. I've had them in the cupboard ever since. We don't have Ikea in New Zealand but I've found a local shop that is importing a some of their products and the right size cushion inners are one of them. They are a bit dearer than if I'd bought them in Australia but still a good price and I now have 2 new cushions to enjoy.

Lastly I needed hand cream. This Body Shop one is really effective and I have gone through 2 tubes of it now. You have to get used to the smell as it is not floral or perfumes but I like how it makes my hands feel. Today when I bought my next tube I got a couple of free samples as extras so I can use them to pamper myself one night - something new to try for nothing! Bonus!

All round it was a satisfying shopping day getting things we needed only. We did have lunch in town which was not planned but it was a good thing to do together and memory making which is important for us so invaluable and worth the money spent.
