Music Vids

 I have had a busy and exhausting day today so this evening I have spent crashed on the couch. 

I was up early as I had to make a day trip to our holiday house to meet the neighbour who was wanting to trim trees on our shared boundary. I made to 90 minute drive up and enjoyed the changing skies on the way, getting to watch the sunrise from our little house while I enjoyed a cup of tea.

The day was spent pruning and raking leaves with my new rake and I felt pleased with what we got done and how tidy it all looked afterwards. I made a trip to the hot pools for an hour to soak my weary body then made the 90 min trip home again with a chocolate bar and a fruit smoothie as a reward for my hard days work.

I got home to find my daughter had made tea so I ate that then we crashed on the couch. I put the tv on, had Youtube on my phone, Google chrome cast and my daughter telling me what to play next - there has been a lot of Harry Styles and One Direction!

I don't usually just blob and watch mindless things but it was good for me to do. My husband is away catching up with old school mates for the weekend and after my stressful week I needed to do something mindless. I realised I am really behind when it comes to music videos that are out there but doing this made for a cheap night of entertainment and provided some much needed distraction for my frazzled mind!
