Favourite Kitchen Tools

I was making tea tonight - one of those quick meals that comes out of a jar and feels like a takeaway but at a fraction of the cost. I decided as I was doing it I needed to have a rave about my spatula spoons that I've had for a couple of years. They are fantastic!

I got the first one as a Christmas present from my sister-in-law. She is one of those people who has the knack for finding interesting things that you would never find yourself and that become those things you never knew you needed but you actually did! I loved this spoon so much I bought myself the other size and every time I use them I feel grateful for having them.

If you're a frugalista you need one of these as they get every last scrape out of tins and jars and containers and because they are also a soon they work so much better than a straight spatula. To top it if the design incorporates a kink in the handle so when you sit it on the bench the food covered spoon doesn't touch the bench so doesn't leave a mess.
Check out my scraped-out jar while making butter chicken tonight (a favourite meal with everyone in our family). Google 'Dreamfarm supoon' to find out where you can buy one from - I have no affiliation with this company at all - I just really like this tool!) I'm sure you will too and wonder how you ever lived without it!
