Air Fryer Pizza

Even though it is only Wednesday it feels like a Friday night as the kids have a teacher only day tomorrow so we can all have a sleep in. I wasn't in the mood for making a complicated meal and my husband was heading out to his boys club so it was individual mini pizzas in the airfryer.

I use a soft tortilla for the base - this fits perfectly in the base of the fryer. I smear it with tomato suace or paste then add the choice of toppings that each child wants before finishing it off with grated cheese. The one pictured is mine with avocado, ham and red capsicum. Cooked at 180 C for 7-8 minutes in the air fryer it comes out looking great and there is no heating of the large oven needed. They are easy, tasty and cheap and the kids love them!

We bought the airfryer several months ago and I must say it is proving to be money well spent as we have used it for so many things and the kids seem to like whatever comes out of it. We tried kale chips the other night and they worked well. With flavouring sprinkled on them they went down well!
